The short answer will be "YES", but, the long answer is a little more appropriate.
Yes you will make money, BUT, it all depend on your devotion and will to make money.
If you follow the steps outlined in STEP 1 to STEP 5, there is no reason for you not to make money.
Just as long as you realize, it WILL NOT happen overnight.
It took me 3 months before I saw the first payment in my AlertPay account.
